1. This promotion is open to members of local football clubs in the counties of Northumberland, Durham or Tyne & Wear in the UK, aged 18 years or over, except employees and their immediate families of Ginsters, its agencies or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. Entries to be made on line at www.realhonestfooty.co.uk.
3. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete entries.
4. Entries are limited to one entry per person. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule, for example by the use of “brute force” or “script” or any other automated means, that person’s entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
5. The promoter accepts no responsibility for electronic entries that are not received or delivered.
6. All complete entries will be entered into a draw. The winner will be chosen at random under independent supervision.
7. There is one main prize of £500 which will be issued as a cheque made payable to your local football club.
8. Entries must be received by: midnight on 21st June 2010.
9. The winner will be drawn on 23rd June 2010 and will be notified by email within 7 days.
10. No cash or alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
11. The promoter also reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
12. The winners name and team name and county may be obtained after 24th June 2010 by emailing ‘Prize Draw Winners List’ at info@realhonestfooty.co.uk
13. Winners (and their teams) may be required to participate in related publicity including names, quotes and images for future promotional, marketing and publicity. The promoters’ decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
